Am I married to my cell phone? What about vacations?

You’ll be able to enjoy more freedom than you’d think. By scheduling appointments accordingly and having a dedicated staff, you will find that you can take a vacation with minimum interruption. By having a colleague on call, as well as your mid-level and dedicated staff to handle what may occur, both you & your patient's will have great peace of mind.

What happens to my patients?

By staffing your office with an on-site transition manager, completing a series of mailings, call campaigns, and multiple patient meetings, we will be able to reach out to all of your patients. Cypress values the relationships you have built with each one and we believe our tailored approach will provide you with the peace of mind that we have contacted all of your patients.

What happens to my staff?

Cypress believes that your staff is critical to the future success of your practice. Time will be set aside to explain the transition process to your staff; we will keep them informed throughout the process, as well as thorough customer service training prior to opening. However, your Transition Manager will be on-site to handle all things relevant during the time of your transition, and your current workflow will be minimally affected.

Does Cypress manage my internal office?

No. We are here to help you transition your practice, consult and guide you on best practices, and train your staff on the changes and the expectations of working in a concierge type practice. Our long term relationship will include assistance with any future training as well as marketing efforts to help attract new patients to your concierge practice after you have opened.

Does Cypress handle patient billing?

Your traditional patient billing will remain the same. However, Cypress will manage all concierge related membership billing and collections.

How does this impact billing insurance?

In most cases, there are no changes in how you bill insurance. You will continue to bill for office visits and collect all patient copays and deductibles.

Am I required to make some financial investment?

No. Partnering with Cypress means that we not only walk with you through your transition step-by-step, we handle of the entire process associated with your transition; including upfront marketing analysis and practice evaluation, an in-office Transition Manager, all marketing collateral, call & letter campaigns, meetings, and much more. We want to make this change as easy on you as possible. And by actively communicating throughout the process, we can hand tailor the transition to best suit you and your practice needs.
